Inquiry: Complete the inquiry form to kick things off so I can learn about your business and what package you're interested in.
Discovery Call: After the inquiry, we'll schedule a discovery call where we chat deeper about your goals and vision for the project. Here we'll also discuss which package would be the best fit.
Onboarding: After our discovery call, I'll send over a custom proposal, outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. Once approved, you'll sign the contract and make a 50% deposit to secure your spot. I will send over the questionnaire along with your Notion Client Portal, a hub for all things related to your project!
Creative Magic: After I receive the the questionnaire and any files pertaining to the project, I will hit the ground running with design while keeping you involved with progress and reviews along the way.
Client Review + Revise: Once I have files ready for your review, I will send them your way! We keep revisions to 2 rounds before final handoff.
Handoff + Post Launch Support: Delivery day! The time has come to handoff our collaborative work. For those who purchase a website package, we will be available for 14 days post launch for support. Also included is a personalized video giving you a digital tour around your new website so you can get more familiar.
